1 tablespoon cider vinegar 
1/2 teaspoon  sugar 
   salt and pepper 
					
Directions:
					COMBINE all salad ingredients. 
COMBINE all dressing ingredients and BLEND
well. 
POUR dressing over salad. ADD salt and
pepper to taste. TOSS and serve.
